Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before your order is shipped.

Peak Seasons (Holidays / New Year):
Processing times may extend to 5 business days during high-demand periods.

Shipping Fee:
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders, no matter where they're going.


2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because some of our products are fulfilled by global partners, delivery times can vary based on your location. Here are our general estimates:

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Please remember:

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to reflect after shipment

  • If your tracking number doesn’t update immediately, your package is still on its way.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer

  • El Capiro Piloncillo Inc. is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance

  • Customs fees are typically rare for household items, but they may apply depending on your country’s regulations.


5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
We work quickly to process your order for timely delivery.

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at service@uacgcare.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is being processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, send us a photo within 72 hours of receipt, and we’ll send you a free replacement.

Lost Packages:
If the carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost to you.
