Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • Unused, unworn, and with any original tags still attached (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase


2. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will send you a return shipping label

  • You will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back

Important:
Items returned without prior approval and authorization will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding returns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can address the issue and make it right for you.


4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty and hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Original shipping fees

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges
For the quickest way to get the item you want:

  • Return the original item

  • Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item


6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no need for justification.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and with original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This cooling-off period applies in addition to the standard 30-day return policy.


7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at service@uacgcare.com.


8. Return Shipping
A return shipping label must be requested from El Capiro Piloncillo Inc. before returning any items.
